When to do a facial

How to do a facial

Relax in front of a mirror for a while and wear a facial band to protect head hairs, and then follow these easy to do 6 facial steps.

Step 1  Cleansing:  Squeeze out a small quantity of Lofty Mye-Nature cleansing milk on hand , rub it between the hands and then apply it all over your face and neck and massage your skin with upward circular movements of your hands for five minutes and then remove the cleanser with cotton buds.  

Step 2   Toning: wet a cotton bud with a Lofty Mye-Nature skin toner, then clean the face and neck with this cotton bud while maintaining  a light pressure of hands. At this stage  skin is ready for massaging and steaming. 

Step 3  Massaging: Squeeze out a small quantity of Lofty Apple and milk massage cream ,rub it between the hands and apply it all over your face and neck and then  massage with light upward circular movements of your hands for 5 to 8 minutes. Leave the massage cream on the face and proceed to step 4.

Step 4  Steaming: There are three ways to get a relaxing facial steam experience at home. You can Use an electrical facial steamer or you can use hot boiling water in a bowel for steaming. When using hot water bowel for steaming put on a towel on your head in such a way that your head and hot water bowel are covered in the towel. Keep your face at least 6 to 8 inch away from the hot water bowel.

If you feel suffocation with direct steam then you can use hot towel to soften the skin. Dip a facial towel in sufficiently hot water, squeeze out water and rap it around the face for 5 to 8 minutes.

After steaming remove massage cream with cotton buds dipped in lofty Mye-Nature skin Toner.

Step 5  Skin Exfoliation: Squeeze out a small quantity of lofty Mye-Nature skin polish on hand  and apply small quantities of skin polish on forehead, nose cheeks and chin and then massage each area of  face with light pressure of fingers for 2 to 3 minutes to remove dead cells and blackheads. After massaging wash your face with warm tap water and dry your face with facial towel.

Step 6  Skin Nourishing and Protection: Apply a Lofty Mye-Nature Apple & Cucumber Peel of Mask on completely dry face in uniform thick layer starting from forehead and ending at neck. Give 15 to 20 minutes to completely dry out and tighten the mask and then simply peel off starting from forehead in one layer.

After removing peel off mask wait for 5 to 10 minutes then apply Lofty Mye-Nature sun block to completely protect and moisturize skin.

Precautions:

1. Read the instructions carefully before starting the facial
2. Do not apply too much pressure while cleansing,massaging and exfoliating skin
3. Do not exfoliate for more than 5 minutes
